CTD-M 6.25/25 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure in adults, particularly when it is not controlled by a single medicine alone.
It combines a thiazide-like diuretic with a beta-blocker to give a combined effect on lowering blood pressure. Take it by mouth as prescribed, at the same time each day. Do not stop it suddenly, as this can cause a sharp rise in heart rate or blood pressure.
Reducing salt intake, eating potassium-rich foods such as bananas as advised by your doctor, and regular blood pressure monitoring help support treatment with this medicine.
Tell your doctor if you have gout, diabetes, kidney disease, or a very slow heart rate before starting. Report muscle cramps, joint pain and swelling suggestive of gout, or cold hands and feet.
