Dezoflav Tablet is used to manage chronic venous disorders such as varicose veins and haemorrhoids. It helps improve blood flow in the veins, strengthens vein walls, and reduces symptoms like swelling, pain, heaviness, and discomfort associated with poor venous circulation.

• Swallow Dezoflav Tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew this medicine, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Do not change the dose of the medicine or take it more often than prescribed.

Dezoflav Tablet should be taken orally.

Dezoflav Tablet contains the following ingredients:

• Diosmin (900 mg): It is a flavonoid derived from natural plants. It enhances the tone and strength of the veins, particularly in the legs. This helps improve blood flow through the veins, reducing the pooling of blood and the associated symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), such as leg swelling and discomfort. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce inflammation and pain in acute hemorrhoidal attacks. By reducing inflammation in the blood vessels around the rectum and anus, it provides relief from hemorrhoidal symptoms.
• Hesperidin (100 mg): It is also a flavonoid that complements diosmin's action by further protecting and strengthening blood vessel walls. It helps to prevent the fragility of blood vessels, making them less prone to damage and leakage.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from direct sunlight.
• Keep Dezoflav Tablet away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Regular exercise, especially walking, can help improve blood circulation in your legs. Consider activities that engage your calf muscles.
• Elevate your legs whenever possible, especially when resting. It helps reduce swelling and improves blood flow.
• Consider wearing medical-grade compression stockings, as recommended by your doctor, to support vein function.
• Consume a diet high in fibre to soften stools and make them easier to pass. It can help prevent straining during bowel movements, which can worsen haemorrhoids.
• Drink plenty of water to keep stools soft and facilitate bowel movements.
• Do not strain during bowel movements. Take your time, and if necessary, use over-the-counter stool softeners as your doctor recommends.
• Soaking in warm water (sitz baths) for 10-15 minutes a few times a day can relieve haemorrhoid discomfort.
• Straining during heavy lifting can exacerbate haemorrhoids. Use proper lifting techniques and avoid lifting heavy objects when possible.
