Drotikind Injection contains the following component:

• Drotaverine (40 mg): It acts as a phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitor by inhibiting phosphodiesterase enzymes. It increases cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), leading to muscle relaxation. This activity makes it effective in relieving spasms, particularly in conditions involving smooth muscle hyperactivity, such as abdominal pain
