Duolin Inhaler is used to manage and relieve bronchospasm (airway tightening) in adults and children with asthma, chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), providing both fast-acting and sustained bronchodilation.
It combines ipratropium bromide, an anticholinergic that blocks airway constriction signals, and levosalbutamol, a short-acting bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles. Use it as prescribed; shake well before each use.
Avoiding known triggers and keeping to all follow-up appointments support better respiratory health alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor about any glaucoma, prostate enlargement, heart conditions or thyroid problems before starting, and about other respiratory medicines you take. Report sudden worsening of breathing or reduced response to the inhaler.
