Duvadilan Retard Capsule is used to delay premature labour by relaxing the muscles of the womb, allowing the pregnancy to continue for longer, and to improve blood flow in peripheral vascular conditions.
It contains isoxsuprine, a vasodilator and uterine relaxant. Take it as prescribed, with or without food, and swallow the capsule whole without crushing or chewing, as it is designed for slow release.
For circulation problems in the limbs, keeping the affected area warm, avoiding smoking, and gentle regular movement, as advised by your doctor, can help support blood flow alongside this medicine.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have low blood pressure, a fast or irregular heartbeat, or bleeding during pregnancy. Report a rapid heartbeat, chest pain or severe dizziness to your doctor immediately.
