Dydrowell Tablet is used to manage conditions linked to low progesterone levels in women, including premenstrual syndrome (PMS), painful periods (dysmenorrhoea) and endometriosis.
It contains dydrogesterone, a synthetic progestogen that closely matches natural progesterone. Take it as prescribed, at the same time each day, and continue for the full course even once your symptoms improve.
Keeping a record of your menstrual cycle and any symptoms, and attending follow-up appointments, helps your doctor assess how well the medicine is working.
Tell your doctor if you have any liver problems, a history of blood clots, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, before starting. Report any unusual or heavy vaginal bleeding, or severe headache, to your doctor promptly.
