Take it as prescribed, with or without food. Swallow it whole and do not crush or chew it. Continue taking it as directed. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not stop taking this medicine abruptly without consulting your doctor.

Identify and avoid your personal allergy triggers; maintain a clean, dust-free home environment; use a neti pot or saline rinse for nasal congestion; avoid smoking and secondhand smoke; and keep windows closed during high pollen seasons if you have pollen allergies.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, liver or kidney disease, or are taking other medicines. Inform your doctor if you experience urinary retention, increased heart rate, or severe headache. This medicine may cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.
