Efcorlin Injection is used to treat various conditions, including adrenal insufficiency, allergic reactions, and inflammatory diseases. Efcorlin 100 MG Injection contains hydrocortisone (100 mg) and functions in the following ways:

• Mimics Adrenal Hormones: Hydrocortisone replicates the effects of hormones that are naturally produced in the adrenal glands.
• Anti-inflammatory Action: Hydrocortisone attaches itself to glucocorticoid receptors inside the cells, which stimulates anti-inflammatory gene expression while suppressing pro-inflammatory genes. This leads to a reduction in inflammation.
