Elocon Cream is used for the following:
Managing symptoms of atopic dermatitis, also known as eczema, by reducing redness and itchiness.

Helping to manage mild to moderate psoriasis symptoms, which include scaly, itchy patches on the skin.

Follow these instructions while using Elocon Cream:
Cleanse the affected area before applying the cream.
Apply a thin film of the cream to the affected areas on your skin once daily.
Rub in gently until it's fully absorbed.
Wash your hands after applying the cream unless your hands are being treated.
Avoid using this cream on your face, groin, or underarms unless specifically directed by your doctor.
Do not cover the treated area with bandages or dressings unless advised by your doctor.
Elocon Cream is applied topically.
Elocon Cream might cause the following side effects:
Burning, stinging, or itching at the application site
Folliculitis
Thinning of the skin that might occur with prolonged use
