Envas H Tablet 10

Envas-H Tablet is used in adults for the long-term management of high blood pressure, particularly when a single blood pressure medicine alone does not provide adequate control.

Uses of Envas-H Tablet are:

• Hypertension Management: Helps lower and control high blood pressure in adults.
• Add-on Therapy: Used when blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled by a single medicine such as enalapril or hydrochlorothiazide alone.

Follow these instructions while taking Envas-H Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• Do not take more than the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

• Always remember that it is crucial not to stop taking this medicine without speaking to your doctor first.

Envas-H Tablet is taken orally.

Envas-H Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Enalapril (5 mg): This ACE inhibitor works by blocking the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II, a potent vasoconstrictor. This means that it prevents a reaction in your body that causes your blood vessels to narrow. By doing this, it helps the blood vessels to relax, decreases blood volume, and reduces the heart's workload, which ultimately lowers your blood pressure.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): This thiazide diuretic increases urine production by preventing your kidneys from absorbing too much salt and water. This action reduces the volume of blood that needs to be pumped through your blood vessels, thereby reducing the pressure on the walls of your blood vessels and contributing to lowering your blood pressure.

• Store your Envas-H Tablet in a dry place, shielded from light and moisture.

• Keep the temperature between 15 to 30°C.

• Ensure it is unreachable to children.

• Limit your salt intake as high saline food can raise your blood pressure, which Envas-H Tablet is working to manage.
