• Cilnidipine (10 mg): As a calcium channel blocker, cilnidipine inhibits the entry of calcium ions into your vascular smooth muscle cells and heart muscle cells. Additionally, cilnidipine suppresses the release of norepinephrine by inhibiting the N-type calcium channels in the nerve endings of your sympathetic nervous system, contributing to its blood pressure-lowering effect.
