Etoshine MR Tablet is used to relieve pain and inflammation linked to musculoskeletal problems, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis. It is also used to reduce swelling, stiffness, and discomfort in joints and muscles by blocking inflammatory chemicals, supporting easier movement and improved physical comfort.

Here's how to take Etoshine MR Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• This medicine can be taken with or without food, as prescribed by your doctor.
• Always follow your doctor's advice on the dose and duration of medication.
• Do not discontinue this medicine without your doctor's approval.

Etoshine MR Tablet is taken orally.

Etoshine MR Tablet contains two active components:

• Etoricoxib (60 mg): This component belongs to a class of medicines known as NSAIDs. It works by blocking a specific enzyme in your body, called cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). By doing so, it reduces the production of substances called prostaglandins that cause inflammation and pain in the body.
• Thiocolchicoside (4 mg): This is a muscle relaxant. It functions by acting on the central nervous system and modifying its communication with muscles. As a result, it eases muscle stiffness and improves movement.
