Eurepa-1 Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults, helping control the rise in blood sugar after meals. Good control lowers the long-term risk of complications such as kidney, nerve and eye damage.
It contains repaglinide, a meglitinide. It works by prompting the pancreas to release insulin around mealtimes.
Take it shortly before each main meal as prescribed. If you skip a meal, skip that dose, as taking it without eating can cause low blood sugar.
Tell your doctor about any liver problems before use. Watch for low blood sugar, especially if a meal is missed or delayed, and keep a sugary snack to hand.
