Ezact Mr Tablet 10

Ezact MR Tablet is used to relieve pain and muscle spasm.

Uses of Ezact MR Tablet are:

• Muscle Spasm: Relieves painful muscle tightness in the back, neck or limbs.
• Inflammatory Pain: Reduces pain and swelling from strains and soft-tissue injuries.
• Joint Discomfort: Helps manage painful joint conditions.

• Follow your doctor's prescription exactly.
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water without chewing or breaking it.
• You can take it with or without food, but taking it at the same time each day is recommended.

Ezact MR Tablet is taken orally, which means it is swallowed with water. It should not be used topically or injected.

Ezact MR Tablet contains two active ingredients: etoricoxib and thiocolchicoside.

• Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers responsible for pain and inflammation.
• Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that acts on the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and improve pain and muscle movement.

• Store Ezact MR Tablet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep the medicine in its original packaging to protect it from light and moisture.
• Store it out of reach and sight of children, preferably in a locked cabinet or cupboard.
• Check the expiry date before using the medicine and discard it if expired.

• Maintain a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins to support overall muscle health.
• Stay hydrated by drinking an adequate amount of water throughout the day.
• Practise regular stretching exercises and gentle physical activity to improve muscle flexibility and strength.
• Avoid prolonged sitting or standing in one position to prevent muscle stiffness.
• Apply warm compresses or take warm baths to relax muscles and relieve pain.
• Get sufficient rest and sleep to promote muscle recovery and reduce spasms.
• Manage stress through relaxation techniques like deep breathing exercises or meditation.
