Fineface Cream 20 GM

Fineface Cream is used to treat:

• Acne vulgaris

• Make sure the affected skin area is clean and dry before applying the cream. 
• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area and gently massage it into the surrounding skin.

Fineface Cream is applied topically.

Fineface Cream contains the following components:

• Betamethasone (0.1 % w/w): Betamethasone, a potent corticosteroid, latches onto certain receptors within cells. This blocks the release of chemicals that cause inflammation, helping to reduce swelling and redness in the affected skin areas. 
• Clindamycin (1 % w/w): Clindamycin is an antibiotic. It prevents the growth of bacteria causing skin infections by interfering with their ability to make vital proteins, thereby stopping their multiplication.
• Nicotinamide (4 % w/w): Nicotinamide, a form of vitamin B3, contributes to the anti-inflammatory activity. While its precise mechanism isn't fully understood, it is believed to enhance the skin's barrier function and increase the penetration of other active ingredients.

• Fineface Cream should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Maintaining a clean skin routine can help reduce acne symptoms which this cream aims to manage. This includes washing your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser and using non-comedogenic products that do not block pores.
• Reducing stress through techniques like yoga, meditation, or regular physical activity can also help manage acne flares since stress can aggravate acne.
