Flubigat Eye Drops are used to manage Bacterial conjunctivitis.

To use Flubigat Eye Drops, follow these steps:

• Shake the bottle well before each use.
• Instil one or two drops into the pouch formed by pulling down your lower eyelid.
• Avoid touching your eye or any other surface with the dropper to prevent contamination.
• Repeat this process for your other eye if advised by your doctor.

Flubigat Eye Drops are a combination medicine with the following active ingredients: 

• Benzalkonium Chloride (0.02 % v/v): Benzalkonium Chloride is a quaternary ammonium compound which functions as an antiseptic. It disrupts bacterial cell membranes, inhibiting the growth of bacteria and aiding in preserving the medicine.
• Flurbiprofen (0.03 % w/v): Flurbiprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps reduce pain and inflammation in the eye. It works by inhibiting the release of specific chemical messengers responsible for redness, swelling, and discomfort.
• Gatifloxacin (0.3 % w/v): Gatifloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, inhibits DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV enzymes. This prevents bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, leading to their death.

• Store your Flubigat Eye Drops upright, in a cool place, not exceeding 30°C.
• Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
