Forglyn Plus Respicaps can interact with medications, including:

• Antihypertensive medications such as atenolol, labetalol, and metoprolol. These medications can inhibit the effect of Forglyn Plus Respicaps.
• Antidepressants such as amitriptyline, amoxapine, clomipramine, isocarboxazid, and phenelzine. These medications may increase the effect of these respicaps in the blood.
• Antifungal agents such as ketoconazole and itraconazole. The concomitant use can increase the risk of systemic side effects.
• Antiretroviral drugs such as ritonavir, atazanavir, and indinavir. The concomitant use can increase the risk of systemic side effects.
• Antibiotics such as clarithromycin and telithromycin. The concomitant use can increase the risk of systemic side effects.
• Diuretic medications such as hydrocholorothiazide. The electrocardiographic changes and/or hypokalemia (low potassium levels) associated with diuretics may worsen with concomitant use of these respicaps and diuretics.
• Anticholinergics such as tiotropium, umeclidinium, and oral glycopyrrolate. This medication can interact additively with concomitantly used anticholinergic medications.
