Freeair Nasal Spray is used to relieve the nasal symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, including a blocked or runny nose, sneezing, nasal itching, and sinus discomfort. It reduces inflammation inside the nasal passages to support clearer, more comfortable breathing with regular use.
It contains fluticasone furoate, a corticosteroid that acts locally in the nose to calm the immune response triggered by allergens such as pollen, dust, and pet dander. Unlike oral steroids, it works directly at the site of inflammation with very little absorption into the rest of the body.
Prime the pump before first use and shake gently before each spray. Use at the same time each day even when symptoms are mild, as the full benefit builds up over a few days of regular use. Follow the dose your doctor has prescribed.
Nosebleeds or nasal dryness may occur, particularly in the first few weeks. Tell your doctor if you have an ongoing nasal or sinus infection, a history of glaucoma or cataracts, or are using other steroid medicines before starting.
