Fusiwal B Cream is used for managing the following health conditions:

• Infected eczema

• Infected contact dermatitis

• Infected seborrheic dermatitis

• Impetigo, a bacterial skin infection causing sores or blisters

• Folliculitis, an inflammation or infection of hair follicles

• Ensure your hands are clean and dry before applying the cream.

• Clean the area of skin where the cream will be applied. Dry it well.

• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area. Gently massage until it's fully absorbed.

• Wash your hands after applying, unless your hands are being treated.

Fusiwal B Cream is applied topically.

Fusiwal B Cream contains two active ingredients:

• Beclomethasone dipropionate (0.025%): This is a moderately potent corticosteroid that works by binding to glucocorticoid receptors inside skin cells. This triggers anti-inflammatory processes and reduces the production of inflammatory chemicals such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes. This action helps lessen symptoms like itching, redness, and swelling.

• Fusidic acid (2%): This is an antibiotic that halts bacterial growth by inhibiting protein synthesis. Fusidic acid binds to a bacterial enzyme called elongation factor G (EF-G), which prevents the translocation step of bacterial protein synthesis. As a result, the bacteria are unable to produce essential proteins needed for growth and replication.

These two actions combined make Fusiwal B Cream effective in calming inflammation while also clearing up any bacterial infection, thus promoting quicker healing of the skin.

• Keep Fusiwal B Cream stored below 25°C in a cool, dry place.

• Make sure to protect it from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Always keep the tube tightly closed when not in use.

• Keep it out of reach of children.

• Only use Fusiwal B Cream before its expiry date.

• If you're dealing with dermatitis or eczema, try to avoid irritants like harsh soaps, detergents, and fragrances, which can exacerbate the condition. Opt for gentle skincare products instead.

• Maintain a balanced diet rich in essential fatty acids from foods like fish and nuts, as they are known to help manage inflammatory skin conditions.
