Gabapentin (300 Mg)

Gabapin-300 Capsule belongs to a class of drugs known as anticonvulsants. It is used to manage neuropathic pain associated with postherpetic Neuralgia (PHN).

This capsule also manages epilepsy, a neurological disorder characterised by recurrent seizures. Do not discontinue this capsule without your doctor’s consultation. An increased seizure frequency may occur in patients with seizure disorders if this capsule is abruptly discontinued.

Management of Postherpetic Neuralgia (PHN): It is a type of nerve pain that follows a herpes zoster (shingles) outbreak. Shingles are a viral infection that causes a painful rash, and PHN is a complication that can develop after the rash has healed. This medicine effectively manages the symptoms of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), a chronic nerve pain that can occur after a shingles outbreak.
