Gatiquin-P Eye Drops are a combination ophthalmic formulation used to treat bacterial eye infections and relieve associated eye inflammation, redness, and swelling in adults.
It contains gatifloxacin, a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic that kills infection-causing bacteria, and prednisolone, a steroid that reduces inflammation and swelling. instil the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye as directed by your doctor. Complete the full duration of treatment as advised.
Avoid touching the dropper tip to your eye, fingers, or any other surface to prevent contamination. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before applying the drops and consult your eye specialist before reinserting them.
Inform your eye doctor if you have viral or fungal eye infections, glaucoma, or recent eye surgery before using this medication.
