HH Sone Cream is used for:

• Managing symptoms of eczema

• Alleviating discomfort from psoriasis

• Reducing inflammation in atopic dermatitis

• Addressing contact dermatitis

• Make sure the affected area of skin is clean and dry before application.

• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area once per day.

• Gently rub the cream into your skin until it's completely absorbed.

• If necessary, you can cover the treated area with a gauze dressing.

• Avoid using occlusive dressings, as they can increase systemic absorption.

• Always wash your hands after applying the cream, unless your hands are being treated. Be careful not to get the cream, in your eyes, nose, or mouth.

HH Sone Cream contains mometasone (0.1%), which works on the body in the following ways:

• Anti-Inflammatory Action: Mometasone helps reduce inflammation by inhibiting the release of arachidonic acid from membrane phospholipids. By doing this, the biosynthesis of inflammation-causing substances like prostaglandins and leukotrienes is regulated.

• Antipruritic Effect: The cream helps alleviate itchiness (pruritus), often associated with skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.

• Vasoconstrictive Properties: Mometasone also has vasoconstrictive properties when applied to the skin. This means it can help narrow blood vessels in the area of application to reduce redness and swelling.

Remember that these actions depend on factors like how you apply it, the state of your skin's barrier function, and whether you apply any dressings over it.
