Managing stable symptomatic angina pectoris in adults who can't take beta-blockers.
Helping adults with chronic heart failure of New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II-IV with systolic dysfunction and a heart rate of 75 bpm or more.
Assisting children aged 6 months and older with stable symptomatic heart failure due to dilated cardiomyopathy.
