Itaros Fast Tablet 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antihypertensive medicines (e.g., amlodipine, felodipine): Itraconazole may increase the levels of certain calcium channel blockers and increase the risk of swelling, dizziness, or low blood pressure. Monitoring may be required during treatment.
• Antidiabetic medicines (e.g., gliclazide, glimepiride): Concurrent use may increase the risk of low blood sugar in some individuals. Blood glucose monitoring may be advised during treatment.
• Antitubercular medicines (e.g., rifampicin): Rifampicin may reduce itraconazole levels in the body and decrease antifungal effectiveness. Your doctor may avoid the combined use or recommend a treatment adjustment.

• Psoriasis: Terbinafine may occasionally worsen psoriasis symptoms in susceptible individuals. Doctors may advise caution in patients with pre-existing psoriasis.
• Lupus erythematosus: Terbinafine may rarely worsen lupus-related symptoms in susceptible patients. Monitoring may be required during treatment.
