This tablet also helps reduce the risk of sustained eGFR decline, end-stage kidney disease, cardiovascular death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, and hospitalisation for heart failure.

Lower the risk of sustained decline in kidney function
Prevent end-stage kidney disease
Reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular complications such as non-fatal myocardial infarction and heart failure hospitalisation

Directions for Use of Kerendia 10mg Tablet 14

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
You can take the tablet with or without food.
Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet.
Follow your doctor’s prescribed dosage carefully.

Kerendia 10 mg Tablet is taken orally.

Common side effects of Kerendia 10 mg Tablet include:

Hyperkalemia (high potassium levels)
Hypotension (low blood pressure)
Hyponatremia (low sodium levels)

Alcohol

Liver

Potassium-Sparing Diuretics or Supplements: The concomitant use can increased the risk of hyperkalemia.

Drug-Food Interactions

Avoid grapefruit or grapefruit juice during treatment as it may increase Finerenone levels.

Kerendia 10 mg Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

Adrenal Insufficiency: Avoid use in patients with adrenal insufficiency.
Hyperkalemia: Patients with baseline high potassium levels should be closely monitored.

Daily Dose

Over Dose
