K-Fusi-B Cream is used to treat eczema and dermatitis when they are complicated by bacterial infection, by reducing inflammation, redness, and itching. It also treats bacterial skin infections by eliminating infection-causing bacteria and alleviating discomfort. This cream supports the healing of inflammatory skin conditions, providing relief from swelling, irritation, and associated skin issues.

• Ensure the tube's seal is faultless and not broken. Verify the expiration date, and do not use it if the product is past its expiry date.
• Apply the cream thinly and evenly to the affected skin areas. Be cautious not to get the cream into your eyes.
• Always wash your hands before and after using K Fusi B Cream.

K Fusi B Cream is applied topically.

K Fusi B Cream contains the following components:

• Betamethasone (0.025 %): It is a corticosteroid that suppresses inflammation and immune responses in the skin. Also, it inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators, reduces vasodilation, and weakens the immune system's reactions.
• Fusidic Acid (2 %): This component is a steroidal antibiotic that interferes with bacterial protein synthesis. It binds to a specific site on bacterial ribosomes, hindering protein production and ultimately leading to the death of susceptible bacteria.

• Store the cream in a location where it is inaccessible to children to prevent accidental misuse or ingestion.
• Do not use the cream after the expiry date mentioned on the packaging. 
• Once opened, do not keep the tube for more than six months. It is advisable to note the date of the first opening on the carton for reference.
• Store the cream below 30°C (86°F). Avoid exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight.

• Ensure adequate water intake to keep the skin hydrated and healthy.
• Consume a balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which can
• support skin health. Incorporate fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your meals.

• Do not smoke or go near naked flames, as the product contains alcohol as an excipient which can result in severe burns. Also, take special care of the fabric that comes in contact with this medicine, as that can burn easily.
