Kofarest-PD Drops are used for managing the following health conditions:

• Management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD): COPD is a group of lung diseases that block airflow and make breathing difficult.

• Management of asthma: This is a condition in which a person's airways become inflamed, narrow, and swell and produce extra mucus, which makes it difficult to breathe.

• Helping with bronchiectasis: This condition occurs when damage to the airways causes them to widen and become flabby and scarred.

Kofarest-PD Drops contain three active ingredients that work together to manage respiratory conditions:

• Levosalbutamol (0.25 mg): A beta2-adrenergic receptor agonist, levosalbutamol relaxes the smooth muscles in the bronchial tubes. This leads to bronchodilation with minimal systemic side effects compared to similar medicines.
