Kolq Tablet is used for the following:

• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride IP (5 mg): As a decongestant, phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce inflammation and swelling. This action helps clear nasal congestion and facilitates better breathing.

• Caffeine (anhydrous) IP (30 mg): Caffeine is a stimulant that reduces fatigue and drowsiness, helping you stay alert.

• Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride IP (25 mg): Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine in the body, thus reducing allergy symptoms like runny nose and sneezing.
