Levolin Inhaler is used for managing asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It provides quick relief by relaxing airway muscles, reducing inflammation, and easing symptoms such as shortness of breath, wheezing, and chest tightness. This bronchodilator helps patients breathe more easily during asthma attacks.

1. If you are using the inhaler for the first time or haven't used it for more than 3 days, remember to prime it by releasing 4 test sprays into the air.
2. Shake the inhaler well before each use.
3. Breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and seal your lips around it.
4. As you begin to breathe in slowly, press down on the inhaler one time.
5. Continue to breathe in slowly until you've taken a full breath.
6. Hold your breath for about 10 seconds to allow the medicine to reach deep into your lungs.

Levosalbutamol (50 mcg) is the main ingredient in Levolin Inhaler. It works in the human body in the following manner:

• The medicine works by relaxing the smooth muscle cells that surround the airways.
• This, in turn, opens up the airways and increases airflow, thus providing relief from breathing difficulties.

1. Keep your inhaler at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
2. Protect it from freezing temperatures and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
3. Be careful not to puncture or burn the pressurised canister.
4. Make sure it's stored out of sight and reach of children.
5. Remember to use the medicine before its expiry date.
