Levolin Inhaler 200Mdi

Levolin Inhaler is used to relieve airway tightening in asthma and COPD.

Uses of Levolin Inhaler are:

• Asthma and COPD: Provides quick relief from wheezing, chest tightness and breathlessness.
• Bronchospasm Relief: Relaxes the airway muscles to improve airflow.
• Rescue Inhaler: Used for quick relief during sudden breathing difficulty.

1. If you are using the inhaler for the first time or haven't used it for more than 3 days, remember to prime it by releasing 4 test sprays into the air.
2. Shake the inhaler well before each use.
3. Breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and seal your lips around it.
4. As you begin to breathe in slowly, press down on the inhaler one time.
5. Continue to breathe in slowly until you've taken a full breath.
6. Hold your breath for about 10 seconds to allow the medicine to reach deep into your lungs.

Levolin Inhaler is administered via inhalation.

Levolin Inhaler 200Mdi composition contains Levosalbutamol (0.05 Mg) as its active ingredients.

• The medicine works by relaxing the smooth muscle cells that surround the airways.
• This, in turn, opens up the airways and increases airflow, thus providing relief from breathing difficulties.

1. Keep your inhaler at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
2. Protect it from freezing temperatures and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
3. Be careful not to puncture or burn the pressurised canister.
4. Make sure it's stored out of sight and reach of children.
5. Remember to use the medicine before its expiry date.

• If you're managing asthma or COPD with the medicine, try to avoid potential triggers like smoke, dust, and allergens in your environment. This could help reduce the frequency of bronchospasm episodes.
• Regular light exercise such as walking or yoga can help improve lung function. However, do check with your doctor before starting any new exercise regimen.
