Loftair Capsule with Inhaler is utilised for the following:

• Long-term maintenance management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Administer Loftair Capsule with Inhaler as instructed below:

• The Loftair Capsule with Inhaler are only for oral inhalation using the provided inhaler device. They should never be swallowed.

• Always store the capsules in the blister pack and take them out only when to use.

• After inhaling the medicine, rinse your mouth to prevent oral thrush.

• Remember that Loftair Capsule with Inhaler is not meant to manage acute episodes of bronchospasm or asthma. Consult your doctor if you feel any sudden discomfort or difficulty in breathing.

Loftair Capsule with Inhaler contains two active ingredients:

• Indacaterol (110 mcg): Categorised as an ultra long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (ultra-LABA), indacaterol stimulates specific receptors in your lungs, leading to relaxation of muscles around your airways. This widens the airways further and improves breathing.

• Glycopyrrolate/Glycopyrronium (50 mcg): As a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA), this ingredient blocks the action of acetylcholine on certain receptors in the lungs. In simple terms, it helps relax the muscles lining your airways and widens these airways.
