In order to use Looz Enema Mini Liquid correctly, please follow these steps:

Looz Enema Mini Liquid contains lactulose (10,000 mg), which works on your body as follows:

• Osmotic Effect: Lactulose is a type of sugar that doesn't get absorbed in your gut. It draws water into the bowels, increasing the water content and volume of stools. This makes stools softer and easier to pass.

• Acidification of Colon: Lactulose undergoes fermentation by bacteria present in the colon to produce lactic acid and other short-chain fatty acids. These lower the pH level in the colon, thereby creating an acidic environment where ammonia (NH3) converts into ammonium (NH4+), which doesn't get absorbed into your blood. This process helps reduce blood ammonia levels in cases of hepatic encephalopathy.

• Store Looz Enema Mini Liquid at room temperature, ideally between 15°C to 30°C.
