Lulifin Lotion 20ml

Lulifin Lotion is used for managing the following conditions:

• Management of tinea pedis, commonly known as athlete's foot.

• Control of tinea cruris also referred to as jock itch.

• Management of tinea corporis, commonly known as ringworm.

To use Lulifin Lotion effectively, please follow the steps below:

• Ensure the affected skin area is clean and dry before application.

• Using your fingertip or a clean cotton swab, apply a thin layer of the prescribed amount of lotion to the affected area.

• Gently rub in the lotion until it is fully absorbed by the skin.

• Remember to wash your hands before and after application to prevent spreading infection.

• For specific advice on how much and how often to apply, consult your doctor.

Lulifin Lotion is applied topically.

Lulifin Lotion contains luliconazole (1%), which works on the body in the following ways:

• Inhibits Ergosterol Synthesis: Luliconazole impedes the production of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane. By doing so, it disrupts the normal functioning of the fungi causing the infection.

• Fungicidal Activity: By inhibiting ergosterol synthesis, luliconazole effectively kills dermatophytes such as Trichophyton rubrum and Epidermophyton floccosum which are responsible for common skin fungal infections.

• Keep your Lulifin Lotion at room temperature not exceeding 30°C.

• Avoid exposure to excessive sunlight, moisture or heat.

• Ensure the lotion is stored in a place where children cannot reach it.

• Do not freeze.

• Maintain good personal hygiene to help manage skin infections. Regularly clean and air out affected areas, such as feet or groin, to prevent fungal growth.

• Wear breathable fabrics, especially around affected areas. This can help reduce moisture build-up which can exacerbate conditions like athlete's foot or jock itch.
