Avoiding spicy, oily and acidic foods, eating smaller and more frequent meals, and limiting tea, coffee and alcohol can help ease symptoms of acidity and support healing alongside this medicine.
Before starting this medicine, tell your doctor if you have kidney problems or are taking other medicines, as sucralfate can affect how some other medicines are absorbed. Continue the medicine for the full duration advised, and report any worsening stomach pain, black stools, or vomiting of blood promptly.
