Maxvoid S Tablet is used to treat urinary symptoms caused by an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia). It helps relax bladder and prostate muscles, making it easier to pass urine and relieving problems like weak urine flow, frequent urination, and incomplete bladder emptying. This medicine improves quality of life in men with prostate-related issues.

• Take the medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Maxvoid S Tablet is taken orally.

Maxvoid S Tablet contains two active ingredients that work together to manage symptoms of BPH:

• Silodosin (8 mg): As an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist, silodosin selectively targets alpha-1A receptors found in the prostate, bladder base, and urethra. By blocking these receptors, it eases the smooth muscles, reducing both prostate tone and bladder outlet resistance. This action improves urine flow and alleviates LUTS.

• Solifenacin (5 mg): This component is a competitive muscarinic receptor antagonist with a high affinity for M3 receptors on the detrusor muscle of the bladder. By inhibiting these receptors, solifenacin suppresses involuntary bladder contractions, heightens bladder capacity, and delays the initial urge to urinate. This reduces overactive bladder symptoms such as urgency, frequency and urge incontinence.
