Mefnac Spas Tablet 10 is used to treat abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea (period pain), and colicky pain. It effectively manages menstrual pain and cramps, also known as primary dysmenorrhea, and provides relief from abdominal pain and cramps associated with gastrointestinal disorders.

Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.
Avoid crushing, chewing, or breaking the tablet.
The medicine is preferably consumed with food to decrease stomach discomfort.
