CompositionMeftagesic DS Suspension is a medicine used to manage fever and relieve mild to moderate pain in children, such as headache, toothache, body aches, sore throat, and post-vaccination fever.
It contains mefenamic acid and paracetamol, which work together to reduce pain and lower elevated body temperature. Measure the exact dose using the measuring cap or spoon provided and administer it as prescribed by your child's doctor.
Ensure your child rests well, stays hydrated with plenty of fluids, and wears light, comfortable clothing during a fever.
Do not give this medicine to infants under 6 months of age unless directed by a pediatrician. Tell your doctor if your child has any kidney, liver, asthma, or stomach problems, or is taking other pain-relieving medicines.
