Megatas-S 25 Tablet works through the combined action of two active ingredients:

• Mirabegron (25 mg): As a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist, mirabegron helps relax the detrusor smooth muscle during the storage phase of the bladder's natural cycle. This increased relaxation results in an increased bladder capacity.

• Solifenacin succinate (5 mg): Classified as a competitive muscarinic receptor antagonist, solifenacin succinate aids in relaxing the bladder muscle. This reduces involuntary bladder contractions, further helping to alleviate symptoms of OAB.
