To use Mesacol Tablet effectively, follow these steps:

• Take Mesacol Tablet with food as prescribed by your doctor.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet. Swallow it whole with water.
• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule.
