Metaspray Nasal Spray is used for the following:

• Management of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis: This condition causes sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, and itching in the eyes, throat or ears due to allergens present in the environment.

• Control of symptoms associated with nasal polyps: Nasal polyps are non-cancerous growths in the lining of your nasal passage or sinuses that can cause congestion, runny nose, and postnasal drip.

• Prevention of recurrence of nasal polyps after surgical removal: This medicine can help prevent the regrowth of nasal polyps after they have been surgically removed.

Administer Metaspray Nasal Spray as follows:

• Make sure your nostrils are clear before using this nasal spray.

• Shake the bottle well before each use.

• For nasal use only.

• Tilt your head slightly forward and carefully insert the nozzle into one nostril.

• Press down on the sprayer to release the medicine into your nose while breathing in through your nostril.

• Repeat for the other nostril if necessary.

• For specific dosage instructions, consult your doctor.

Metaspray Nasal Spray is administered via the nasal route.

Metaspray Nasal Spray contains mometasone (5%), which works on the body as follows:
