Migrabeta Plus Tablet can interact with medications, including:

• Antihypertensives such as clonidine. This tablet may worsen blood pressure rebound after discontinuing clonidine. 
• Antipsychotic medications such as chlorpromazine and thioridazine. Combining this tablet and antipsychotic medications can increase levels of both medications in the blood, potentially enhancing their effects.
• Antidiabetic drugs such as metformin. This tablet can change the heart rate response to low blood sugar. 
• Antidepressants such as citalopram, escitalopram, and fluvoxamine. These medications can increase the levels of this tablet, potentially causing a slow heart rate.
• Antiarrhythmics such as amiodarone, flecainide, disopyramide, quinidine, amiodarone, and propafenone. The concomitant use may reduce the heart's pumping strength. 
• Bronchodilators such as theophylline. This tablet can reduce the clearance of theophylline, increasing its levels in the blood.
• Other medications used to treat migraines such as ergotamine, dihydroergotamine, sumatriptan, and rizatriptan. The concomitant use may cause blood vessel spasms. 
• Medicines used to treat anaphylactic shock, such as adrenaline. When administering medications containing adrenaline via injection, caution is needed in patients taking this tablet. In rare cases, this combination may lead to narrowed blood vessels, high blood pressure, and slow heart rate.
• Medication for stomach ulcers, such as cimetidine. These medications can increase the levels of this tablet in the blood.
• Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen and indomethacin. The concomitant use of this tablet and NSAIDs may raise blood pressure, especially in patients with poorly controlled hypertension.
• Anticoagulant blood thinners such as warfarin. This tablet can affect the clearance of warfarin, potentially increasing its levels in the blood.
• Vasodilators such as hydralazine. These medications can cause an increased level of this tablet.

Migrabeta Plus Tablet can interact with diseases, including:

• Bronchospasm or bronchial asthma: This medication may exacerbate bronchospasm in individuals with asthma, leading to breathing difficulties.
• Hypotension: This tablet may further lower blood pressure, posing risks to individuals with already low blood pressure levels.
• Second or third-degree heart block: This medication may interfere with the electrical conduction in the heart, particularly in individuals with second or third-degree heart block.
• Cardiogenic shock: This tablet is not recommended in cases of cardiogenic shock, a condition where the heart cannot pump enough blood to meet the body's needs.
• Depressive illness: Caution is needed in individuals with depressive illness, as this medication may affect mood and exacerbate depressive symptoms.
• Parkinson’s disease: This tablet may worsen symptoms in individuals with parkinson’s disease, a neurodegenerative disorder.
• Sick sinus syndrome: This medication may affect the natural pacemaker of the heart, leading to disturbances in heart rhythm in individuals with sick sinus syndrome.
• Metabolic acidosis: Caution is required in cases of metabolic acidosis, as this medication may worsen the acid-base balance in the blood.
• Prinzmetal's angina: This tablet may trigger or exacerbate prinzmetal's angina, a type of chest pain caused by coronary artery spasm.
• Untreated phaeochromocytoma: This medication is contraindicated in individuals with untreated phaeochromocytoma, a tumour of the adrenal gland that can cause a sudden release of catecholamines.
