Momesone Cream 15gm

Momesone Cream is used for managing the following conditions:

• Management of eczema, a skin condition that causes patches of skin to become itchy and inflamed

• Control of psoriasis, a chronic skin disease that causes red, itchy scaly patches

• Regulation of seborrhoeic dermatitis, a common skin condition causing redness, scaly patches and dandruff

• Management of other corticosteroid-responsive skin conditions such as contact dermatitis, a type of inflammation caused by contact with certain substances

To use Momesone Cream correctly, follow these steps:

• Ensure the affected skin area is clean and dry before application.

• Gently rub a thin layer of the cream on to the affected area as advised by your doctor.

• If necessary, a light dressing can be used to cover the treated area.

• Always wash your hands after applying the cream unless your hands are the area being treated.

• Be cautious to avoid getting the cream in your eyes or mouth. If this happens, rinse thoroughly with water.

• Do not apply this medicine on broken or infected skin.

• If no improvement is seen after two weeks of use, consult your doctor.

Momesone Cream is applied topically.

Momesone Cream contains mometasone (0.1%), which works on your body in the following ways:
