Montek AB Tablet is used for the long-term treatment of asthma and allergic rhinitis. It works to prevent breathing difficulties and allergy symptoms like a stuffy nose and sneezing. • Take the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• You can consume it with or without food, but it's advisable to take it at the same time each day for optimal effects.

The Montek AB Tablet is taken orally.

Montek AB Tablet contains the following components:

• Acebrophylline (SR) (200 mg): It is an airway mucoregulator and an anti-inflammatory agent that reduces mucus production in the airways, which helps clear the lungs and alleviate symptoms like coughing and shortness of breath.
• Montelukast (10 mg): It is a leukotriene receptor antagonist. It blocks the action of chemicals called leukotrienes, which are responsible for inflammation and narrowing of the airways. • Avoid using this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Consume potassium-rich foods like tomatoes, bananas, asparagus, oranges, potatoes, avocados, dark leafy greens, and beetroot to support lung function. Potassium deficiency may lead to breathing difficulties.
• Stay hydrated to ease symptoms of cough and cold. Opt for room-temperature liquids to alleviate runny nose, cough, and sneezing.
