Montex 10 Tablet is used to manage asthma symptoms like wheezing and chest tightness. It is also highly effective for treating seasonal allergies, reducing sneezing and nasal itching. Additionally, it is used to prevent exercise-induced bronchospasm, helping active individuals maintain clear airways during physical exertion.

• Take one tablet daily, with or without food.
• For asthma management, take the tablet in the evening.
• To prevent exercise-induced bronchospasm, take the tablet at least 2 hours before exercising.
• If you are using a Montex 10 Tablet daily, do not take additional doses before exercising.
• When using it for allergic rhinitis, you can take the tablet at any time of the day.

Montex 10 Tablet is taken orally, which means it is swallowed with water. It should not be taken through any other route.
