Muciflo Tablet 10

Muciflo Tablet is used to manage asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchitis, emphysema, and bronchiectasis. It relaxes airway muscles, reduces wheezing and breathlessness, clears mucus, and improves airflow, supporting better long-term respiratory function.

Here are some instructions to follow while taking Muciflo Tablet:

Muciflo Tablet is taken orally.

Muciflo Tablet consists of two active ingredients:

• Acebrophylline (100 mg): This is a bronchodilator that relaxes the smooth muscles of your airways, thereby improving airflow to your lungs. It works by inhibiting phosphodiesterases, enzymes that break down cyclic AMP in your body. This action increases cyclic AMP levels inside cells, activates protein kinase A, reduces calcium influx, and relaxes airway smooth muscle. Additionally, acebrophylline has anti-inflammatory properties, suppressing the release of inflammatory mediators.

• Acetylcysteine (600 mg): This component is a mucolytic agent that breaks down bonds within mucus glycoproteins, thereby reducing mucus viscosity. The result is thinner and less sticky mucus which can be more easily coughed up. Acetylcysteine also has antioxidant effects and reduces inflammation by replenishing glutathione levels in the lungs.

• Store Muciflo Tablet in a cool, dry place; keep it away from direct heat and sunlight.

• Maintain an ideal room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius for storage.

• Avoid areas of high moisture like the bathroom or kitchen.

• Keep the medicine out of reach of children at all times.
