• Managing clinically significant hypervolemic hyponatremia: This means it helps balance sodium levels in your body when you have too much water.

• Controlling euvolemic hyponatremia: It's used when your body's water and sodium balance is off, even though your total body water volume is normal.

• Managing symptoms related to low sodium levels that do not respond to fluid restriction.

• Assisting in conditions causing low sodium like heart failure, cirrhosis, and syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone (SIADH): It helps manage these conditions by controlling the sodium balance.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Never crush or chew the tablet.

• You can take it with or without food.

• Always follow your doctor's instructions on dosage and duration.

• Don't stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor first.

Natrise-30 Tablet is taken orally.

Natrise-30 Tablet consists of Tolvaptan (30 mg), which works as follows:

• Vasopressin V2-Receptor Antagonism: Tolvaptan blocks vasopressin, a hormone that plays a role in fluid and electrolyte balance in your body. By inhibiting vasopressin's action on the kidneys, tolvaptan prevents water reabsorption in the nephrons.

• Increased Free Water Clearance: By blocking vasopressin's actions, tolvaptan promotes free water clearance (also known as aquaresis), which results in higher urine output without affecting electrolyte excretion.

• Improved Serum Sodium Concentration: The net effect of these mechanisms is an increase in serum sodium concentration, thereby managing hyponatremia effectively.

• Keep your Natrise-30 Tablet in its original packaging.

• Store it at room temperature, ideally between 20°C to 25°C.

• Protect the medicine from light and moisture.

• Always ensure it's kept out of reach of children.

• Remember to check the expiry date and do not use the tablet if it's past this date.
