Here's how you should take the Naxdom 250 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid breaking, crushing or chewing the tablet.
• You can take this medicine with or without food, but it's often better to take it at a fixed time each day.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose advised by your doctor. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember, unless it's almost time for the next scheduled dose; in that case, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Never take a double dose to make up for the missed one.

• Domperidone (10 MG): Acting as a prokinetic agent, Domperidone targets the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) in your brain, an area associated with the vomiting reflex. Furthermore, Domperidone increases the mobility of your stomach and intestines, helping food pass through more easily and reducing indigestion that can sometimes trigger migraines.
