Nebicard-H Tablet is used in adults to control high blood pressure through the combined action of a beta-blocker and a diuretic, helping to ease the strain on the heart and blood vessels.

Uses of Nebicard-H Tablet are:

• High Blood Pressure: Helps lower and control blood pressure in adults by combining a beta-blocker with a diuretic.
• Heart Workload: Helps reduce the strain on the heart by keeping blood pressure and heart rate under control.
• Long-term Management: Supports ongoing blood pressure control as part of regular, continued treatment.

Consume Nebicard-H Tablet in the following way:

• One tablet should be taken orally once daily.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• It is usually best to take the tablet in the morning to avoid frequent urination at night.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a sufficient amount of water. Avoid crushing or chewing it.

• Continue taking this medicine as long as your doctor prescribes it; don't stop without consulting your doctor first.

Nebicard-H Tablet is taken orally.

Nebicard-H Tablet comprises two active ingredients:

• Nebivolol (5 mg): As a selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker, nebivolol targets your heart specifically. It works by reducing your heart rate and enhancing its efficiency in pumping blood throughout your body. Additionally, nebivolol has vasodilatory properties, which aid in relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): Classified as a thiazide diuretic, hydrochlorothiazide increases the removal of excess water and certain electrolytes like sodium and chloride from your body through urine. This process reduces the volume of blood circulating in your blood vessels, effectively lowering your blood pressure. Over time, hydrochlorothiazide also relaxes your blood vessels, further promoting improved blood flow and reduced blood pressure.

• Store Nebicard-H Tablet at room temperature, not exceeding 25 deg C.

• Keep it away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture.

• Maintain the tablets in their original packaging until required.

• Keep this medicine out of reach of children.

• Always remember to use it before the expiry date mentioned on the pack.

• Try to eat a low-sodium diet: Consuming less salt can help control high blood pressure, which is specifically managed by Nebicard H Tablet.
