The Nebicard T Tablet may interact with the following medications, including

• Antiarrhythmics such as quinidine, hydroquinidine, cibenzoline, flecainide, disopyramide, lidocaine, mexiletine, propafenone: The impact on atrioventricular conduction time might be enhanced, and the negative inotropic effect could increase when consumed with this medicine.
• Calcium channel antagonists like verapamil or diltiazem: Negative influence on contractility and atrioventricular conduction when taken with this medicine.
• Centrally-acting antihypertensives such as clonidine, guanfacin, moxonidine, methyldopa, and rilmenidine: The simultaneous use of centrally acting antihypertensive drugs may exacerbate heart failure by reducing central sympathetic tonus, resulting in a decrease in heart rate, cardiac output, and vasodilation.
• Antiarrhythmic drugs such as amiodarone: Effect on atrioventricular conduction time may be potentiated when taken with this medicine.
• Anaesthetics: The simultaneous use of beta-adrenergic antagonists and anaesthetics may reduce reflex tachycardia and elevate the risk of hypotension. It's advisable to avoid the abrupt discontinuation of beta-blocker treatment. The anesthesiologist should be informed if the patient is taking this medicine.
• Insulin and oral antidiabetic drugs: Although this medicine does not affect glucose levels, concomitant use may mask specific symptoms of hypoglycaemia (palpitations, tachycardia).
• Baclofen (antispastic agent), amifostine (antineoplastic adjunct): Simultaneous use with antihypertensive drugs is expected to amplify the decrease in blood pressure. Consequently, the dosage of the antihypertensive medication should be adjusted accordingly.
• Antipsychotics, antidepressants (tricyclics, barbiturates and phenothiazines): Concomitant use may enhance the hypotensive effect.

Nebicard T Tablet can interact with conditions/diseases, including

• Diabetes: This tablet can fluctuate blood sugar levels.
• Raynaud's disease (Poor blood circulation, which makes the toes and fingers numb and pale): This tablet may worsen the disease.
• Liver disease: Nebicard T Tablet can aggravate the disease.
• Kidney disease: This tablet may cause complications in the disease.
• Heart failure & low blood pressure patients: Nebicard T Tablet may worsen the disease.

The daily dose of Nebicard T Tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the age, severity of the condition and response to treatment.

In case of an accidental overdose of Nebicard T Tablet, seek immediate medical attention by contacting your doctor or visiting the nearest hospital. Signs of an overdose may include low blood pressure, fast or slow heart rate, dizziness, kidney problems and shortness of breath.

In case you miss a dose of Telista 40 Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, avoid repeating the dose.
