• Swallow the tablet whole with water. Avoid breaking or chewing it.

• L-Histidine (38 mg) + L-Lysine (105 mg) + L-Threonine (53 mg) + L-Tryptophan (23 mg) + L-Tyrosine (30 mg): These are essential amino acids that help in protein synthesis and maintaining nitrogen balance in the body.
