Follow these instructions while taking Neptaz 50mg Tablet:

2. You can take this medicine with or without food.

Neptaz 50mg Tablet contains two active ingredients which work together to manage chronic heart failure:

• Sacubitril (24 mg): This component acts as a neprilysin inhibitor. Neprilysin is an enzyme that breaks down certain substances in the body that cause blood vessels to tighten. By inhibiting neprilysin, sacubitril helps relax and widen blood vessels, reducing blood pressure and making it easier for the heart to pump blood.
• Valsartan (26 mg): Valsartan belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs). It works by blocking the action of a substance in your body called angiotensin II, which causes blood vessels to constrict or tighten. By blocking this action, valsartan helps relax and widen blood vessels, thereby reducing blood pressure.
• Together, these two components help manage chronic heart failure by reducing blood pressure and easing the workload on the heart.
